Labor Relations Representative
Mark retired from the Alameda Police Department as a sergeant, with 28 years of service. During his tenure, Mark served as the president of the Alameda Police Officers' Association, and as the chairman of the Association's wage and benefit committee for 14 years. He also served an executive assignment in the internal affairs bureau conducting disciplinary investigations. Mark is a life member of the California Narcotics Officers' Association.
Mark primarily handles collective bargaining and labor relations matters, and is a frequent instructor at PORAC Advanced Collective Bargaining Seminars. He also regularly assists in defending administrative discipline cases.
